Reset REDCap Password

Problem

Forgot your login to the REDCap Homepage (https://redcap.braincode.ca).

Solution

  1. Go to the REDCap Homepage.

  2. Click on Forgot your password?

     

  3. Verify your username by entering it.

     

  4. Check your email after verification to obtain a reset link and follow the instructions provided.

If you get an error, it may be because you have yet to set up security questions. Please submit a request to a Brain-CODE admin who will reset the password of the account.
