Reset SPReD Account Credentials

Problem

Forgot your login to https://spred.braincode.ca/spred/

Solution

  1. Navigate to the SPReD Homepage

  2. Click Forgot login or password?

     

  3. If you have forgotten your username, enter the email address associated with your SPReD account. You will be emailed with a link to reset your account credentials.

  4. If you have forgotten the password, enter your Brain-CODE username and click the Request button to receive an email instructing you to reset your password.

     

If you get an error or have issues with your email address, please raise a request for further assistance.
