Problem

Forgot your login credentials for https://git.braincode.ca/users/sign_in

Solution

  1. Navigate to GitLab.

  2. Click Forgot your password?

  3. Enter the email address that you use to log in to GitLab and click Reset Password.

     

  4. You will receive the following message if the request went through:

     

  5. Open your email inbox and follow the link and instructions to reset your password.

 

If you still cannot log in, or you have forgotten your email address, contact us by initiating a service desk request.
