Viewing Sent Invitations and Re-sending an Invitation

Platform Administrators can view the status of all invitations to the Platform sent either by Platform Administrators or Project Administrators and have the option to re-send invitations.

Viewing sent Invitations

  1. Click Platform Management in the Main Menu, and open the User Management tab.

  2. Click Invitations. The Invitations user table opens to display all invitations sent (by email address), date invitation was sent, who sent the invitation, the Project they were first invited to (not applicable for Platform Administrators and Platform Users with no Project membership), and the invitation statuses.
    Invitation statuses are described as follows:

    1. Completed: User has accepted the invitation and successfully registered their account.

    2. Pending: Invitation sent but the user has not completed all the steps to activate their account.

    3. Expired: The invitation link expired because it was not activated within 30 days. Please re-send the invitation.

  3. Use the Search and Sort icons in the columns to help find a user.

Re-Sending an Invitation

An invitation link is valid for 30 days. If the invitation link expires, or the user lost or deleted the original email invitation, restart the invitation process.
