How to Query Data in Dashboards
Data dashboards are interactive tools that allow you to explore open data sets and focus on specific parts of the data you find interesting.
Instructions
There are two types of interactions that are used on the dashboard: Markings and Filters. Depending on how the data are related, visualizations on the dashboard respond by showing only data related to the marked selection you chose.
Markings: To mark a certain data selection, click on the part of the visualization you are interested in. Select multiple markings by holding down the CTRL key while clicking on data from different visualizations.
Filters: To filter based on specific variables or data parameters select the filter icon and select one of the filter forms including, checkboxes, radio buttons and list boxes.

How do I download volumetric and phenotype data?
To export data tables visible on the dashboard, right-click on the table and select ‘Export Table’ which will download the table reduced by your filter selections.
How do I download volumetric data and imaging?
To download associated imaging sessions, click the [Request Images] button and follow the instructions provided.
