Who requires access to a Workspace?

Workspace access is granted to Brain-CODE users that are involved in analyzing, processing, or curating datasets.

How long will I have access to my Workspace?

You will be able to specify the length of time you will need your Workspace for when applying for a Workspace. Workspace can be requested for a maximum of 1 year (365 days), with the option of requesting a 1 year renewal 30 days before the end date.

All required software can be specified in the workspace request form. Upon acceptance of the workspace request, the requested software will be installed for the user(s).

This will depend on the ethics approvals in place. Files generated by workspace processes can be left in the Workspace or, if appropriate, a method for transferring data out may be set up by an administrator. Please raise a request ticket for more information.
