Problem

Forgot your login credentials for https://labkey.braincode.ca

Solution

  1. Navigate to Labkey (https://labkey.braincode.ca)

  2. Select “forgot password” next to the Password field

  3. Enter your email address used to login to LabKey and select “Submit”

  4. You will receive the following message if the request went through:

  5. Open your email inbox and follow the link/instructions to reset your password.

 

If you still cannot login or you have forgotten your email address contact us by initiating a service desk request
