Brief Description

The LabKey sub-platform on Brain-CODE enables tracking of genomics and other "omics" workflows and managing and sharing resulting datasets.

Where can LabKey be accessed?

LabKey is a sub-platform of the Brain-CODE system and therefore can be accessed via the Portal or directly by navigating to the URL.

  • To access LabKey via Portal

    • Select Data Capture Tools

    • Click Sign In on the LabKey card to log into LabKey
