Requestors will be expected to navigate to the data release dashboard and select their new data cut of interest. We will not require requestors to re-enter information on the survey that is sent out once the data cut is selected, as we will re-populate that on the requestor’s behalf. We will ask that the survey is reviewed and signed by the requestor. We will also review the previously submitted proposal and ethics approval to ensure it aligns with the new data cut selection. A review by the Data Access Committee (DAC) will not be required, however, a review by the Informatics Steering Committee (ISC) will be conducted for approval. Once approved, requestors will be able to access the data cut as per the normal process. Amendments to previous Data Transfer Agreements (DTA) may be required, if applicable. |
