Instructions

Before you begin, ensure you are connected to the appropriate VPN.

  1. Download the Microsoft Remote Desktop App from the App Store.

  2. Once installed, open the application and add a new connection.

  3. Under the “General” tab, enter your Workspace information.

    1. Fill in the “Connection name” field with a title that you will easily recognize as your Brain-CODE Workspace.

    2. Enter the “PC name” with either the host name or IP address that was supplied.

    3. Fill in your user name and password accordingly.

  4. Click “Start” to connect to your analytics Workspace.

5. You should be successfully connected to your Brain-CODE Workspace now!
