Introduction to Subject Registry
Brain-CODE Subject Registry provides a secure way of entering Personal Health Information (PHI) from study participants.
What is Subject Registry?
The Subject Registry is used to provide unique identifiers for enrolled subjects and encrypt OHIP health card numbers.
Where can Registry be accessed?
Registry is a sub-platform of the Brain-CODE system and therefore can be accessed via the Portal or directly by navigating to the URL for Subject Registry.
To access Subject Registry via Portal
Select Data Capture Tools
Click on Enter Data to log into Subject Registry
To access Subjecty Registry directly, navigate to registry.braincode.ca/sr
