Before you begin, ensure you are connected to the appropriate VPN.

Download Open the Microsoft Remote Desktop Appapp. If you have not connected to a remote desktop before you will need to install this from the App Storestore.
Once installed, open the application and add a new connection.

Under the “General” tab, enter your Workspace information.
1. Fill in the “Connection name” field with a title that you will easily recognize as your Brain-CODE Workspace.
2. Enter the “PC name” with either the host name or IP address that was supplied.
3. Fill in your user name and password accordingly.

Click “Start” to connect to your analytics Workspace.

A Remote Desktop Connection window will appear, click Add PC, enter your Workspace’s IP in the PC name field and then click Add.

Now double click on the entry you created. You should now have access to your analytics Workspace.
