  1. Go to the SPReD Homepage

  2. Select “Forgot Forgot login or password?”

  3. If you have forgotten your username, enter the email address associated with your SPReD account. You will be emailed with a link to reset your account credentials.

  4. If you have forgotten the password, enter your Brain-CODE username and select the “Request” Request button to receive an email instructing you to reset your password.
