Data Release Landing Page

Click on the Study Protocol, Data Collection Instruments, and Data Quality Standards links to access files regarding the study setup and the data available for request.

Explore/Select Data Packages

Includes all data packages available for request. Check or uncheck a box to add or remove that data type or cohort in your Data Request.

Clinical forms can be selected by Type or by Name. Unchecking a Clinical Form Type will hide all forms of that type from the Clinical Form Names box and the Clinical Data Types visualization, and remove them from your request.

In the Clinical Form Names box, hold down the ctrl key to select multiple clinical forms for adding to your request, or type in the search box to find a specific form by name.

Reset All Selections

Click the Reset All Selections button to add all data back into your request.
All of the Demographics and Data Types visualizations will automatically reset.

Review Your Selection

A summary of your selection based on the boxes that were checked/unchecked in the previous step will appear. The visualizations on the data exploration dashboard will update to reflect your selection. Mouse over these visualizations to view more information about the number of participants with the specific data type available.

A more detailed description of the data packages included in your request will be available for review in Step 6.

Proceed to Review and Request Submission

Click Proceed to Review and Request Submission to navigate to the Review & Submission page.

Request Summary

Review the list of packages to ensure all required data is included in your request and data that is not needed for your request has been removed.

A summary of the total number of participants, packages and data contained in your Data Request can be seen on the right.

Submit

Click the Submit button to submit your Data Access Request. You will receive confirmation by email with instructions on how to proceed with your request.
