The Ontario Brain Institute (OBI) is a provincially‐funded, not‐for‐profit research centre seeking to maximize the impact of neuroscience and establish Ontario as a world leader in not-for-profit organization that accelerates discovery and innovation, benefiting both patients and the economy. Our collaborative ‘team science’ approach promotes brain research, commercialization, and care . Integrated Discovery Programs (IDPs) 

OBI funds several and manages six Integrated Discovery Programs (IDPs) spanning many areas of neurodevelopmental disorders. Programs spanning in the areas of depression, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, neurodevelopmental disorders, neurodegenerative diseases and concussion. These programs take a different approach to research brings together a diverse group of stakeholders including researchers, clinicians, industry partners, and patients and their advocates.
