Solution
Navigate to Labkey (www.https://labkey.braincode.ca)
Select “forgot password” Click Forgot Password next to the Password field
Enter your the email address used you use to login to LabKey and select “Submit”click Submit
You will receive the following message if the request went through:
Open your email inbox and follow the link /and instructions provided to reset your password.
