Before you begin ensure you are connected to the appropriate VPN |
Open the Remote Desktop App
This should already be available on your computer and will not require an additional download.
You can find the application by using Search tool located on the taskbar
Click “Add” to create a new connection profile - Once connected, a workspace window will appear for you to begin analysis
Select “Desktop”
Under the “PC name” field enter either the IP address or the hostname for your assigned workspace (Provided upon Workspace access approval by CAC)
When you hit “Save” a new entry will appear under your saved desktops.
Open this entry and enter your username and password when prompted. Once entered you should now have access to your analytics workspace
