Approval for a Workspace OR approval another user’s workspace
A VPN configuration folder (provided via e-mail)
A password for the VPN (provided via SMS)
VPN Client installed and connected to the VPN credentials provided by CAC
A username and password for the workspace (provided via SMS)
An IP address and/or hostname to your workspace (provided via email)

Open the Remote Desktop App
This should already be available on your computer and will not require an additional download.
You can find the application by using Search tool located on the taskbar
